Access support from our friends at OATS
AARP’s Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) is a tech resource for older adults.
We encourage IVCG volunteers - including EC-GNH team members to take advantage of this resource.
OATS aims to empower older adults with the tools and training to take advantage of today’s technology and use it to enrich their lives.
OATS offers a free hotline for older adults 888-713-3495 which is run by technology trainers who can help answer tech questions like how to share your screen on Zoom, how to add a bookmark, etc.
The hotline is available from 9:00am – 8:00pm EDT, Monday – Friday and 9:00am – 2:00pm EDT on Saturday
